Clinical queries will not be seen by the doctor. Please give 48 hours notice before collecting your script, and please include the name of the pharmacy you will be collecting it from.

For first time certificates, a discussion/examination with the doctor must take place. As part of our communication policy, we require prior consent from patients for communication of medical information via email and please be aware that email communications are not encrypted.
